Robert Lyons, President & CEO
Mr. Lyons has a diverse background in franchise operations and real estate development. Involved with Consolidated Cleaners since its initial inception, he is responsible for all daily operations and new store development. Mr. Lyons joined the company from SaniGLAZE International after serving as Vice President of Business Development where he was responsible for developing brand awareness and corporate support for a network of 104 franchises. Prior to SaniGLAZE, Mr. Lyons was the Regional Project Manager for Crescent Resources, a real estate joint venture between Morgan Stanley and Duke Energy, responsible for acquisition, permitting, construction, sales and amenity operations for master planned developments in Florida and Georgia. Mr. Lyons began his career working for exclusive resort developers, Vail Resorts Development Company and the Sea Island Company where a focus on customer service and experience was paramount. He has previously served on the Corporate Board of Directors for the YMCA of Flagler County, and the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of SW Florida. He served two terms as a member of the Franchise Advisory Council for Tide Cleaners. Mr. Lyons has a degree in Finance from the University of Georgia and resides in Naples, Florida with his wife and two children.
Jon Kassolis, Esq. LLM., CFO & General Counsel
Mr. Kassolis joined CCI in 2012 as its Chief Financial Offer and Legal Counsel. He is involved in all aspects of CCI’s daily operations with primary responsibilities focusing on financial matters, taxation, legal and human resource issues. Mr. Kassolis joined the company from RSM McGladrey in Baltimore, Maryland where he practiced Tax Law. Mr. Kassolis has previously held positions at DLA Piper LLP and the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Kassolis holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Dickinson College, a Juris Doctorate from Nova Law School, and a Masters of Laws in Taxation from the University of Baltimore. He is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and maintains an active license to practice law in Maryland and all federal jurisdictions. Mr. Kassolis serves as Executive Vice President of SK Holdings Real Estate, a company focused on development and ownership of land and commercial real estate assets in Texas and Florida. He also is a member of the Franchise Advisory Council for Tide Cleaners. Mr. Kassolis resides in Naples, Florida with his wife and three children.
Mariel LiCausi, Director of Accounting
Mrs. LiCausi joined CCI in 2020 as Director of Accounting. In her role, she supports organizational financial objectives by providing financial reporting and analyses, budget and forecast development, overseeing accounting procedures, as well as other company-wide initiatives. Prior to joining CCI, Mrs. LiCausi was in commercial lending and credit administration for 14 years, most recently as the Senior Credit Analyst for Mutual of Omaha Bank where she served middle market commercial, commercial real estate and private banking clientele by performing financial analysis, loan underwriting, portfolio management and construction draw management, as well as establishing bank policies and procedures. Prior to banking, Mrs. LiCausi worked for Gulf Coast Commercial Corp, a real estate holding, management and development company for residential, mixed use and commercial projects. Mrs. LiCausi holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from Florida International University, a Masters of Business Administration degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and is an Honors Graduate from the Florida School of Banking. Mrs. LiCausi also serves as Director of Accounting for SK Holdings Real Estate, a company focused on development and ownership of land and commercial real estate assets in Texas and Florida. Mrs. LiCausi resides in Naples, Florida with her husband and three children.
Duke Kassolis, Director
Mr. Kassolis served as Executive Vice President, Asset Management and a member of the five person Executive Committee for The Rouse Company (NYSE-RSE), one of the country’s largest and most successful REITs, until its sale in November, 2004. Mr. Kassolis was responsible for all aspects of development, operations and leasing for over 50 million square feet of large scale retail and 12 million square feet of office space located in 22 states held by the Rouse Company. Subsequent to the sale of the Rouse Company, Mr. Kassolis and Mr. Scavo, founded SK Holdings Real Estate developing land and commercial real estate in Texas and Florida, typically with the goal of long term ownership. From 2005 to 2012, Mr. Kassolis provided advisory services to a major land owner in South Florida.
Alton Scavo, Director
Mr. Scavo served as Executive Vice President, Development and a member of the five person Executive Committee for the Rouse Company (NYSE-RSE), one of the country’s largest and most successful REITs until its sale in November, 2004. At the time of the sale, Mr. Scavo was responsible for the overall development, sales, ongoing operations of land assets, which included large scale master planned communities of Columbia and Fairwood in Maryland, Summerlin, in Las Vegas, Nevada, Bridgelands in Houston, Texas and Rouse’s interest in the Woodlands, in Houston, Texas. Mr. Scavo’s career includes the development of living and working environments for hundreds of thousands of people and includes the development of arguably the most significant and successful portfolio of large scale planned communities in America. Subsequent to the sale of The Rouse Company, Mr. Scavo and Mr. Kassolis founded SK Holdings Real Estate, developing land and commercial real estate in Texas and Florida, typically with the goal of long term ownership. From 2005 to 2012, Mr. Scavo provided advisory services to a major land owner in South Florida. Mr. Scavo has served on the Board of Directors of Johns Hopkins University Medical Systems since 2000.
Kristina O'Keefe, Director
Mrs. O’Keefe is a retail leasing manager for Continental Realty Corporation, a Baltimore based commercial real estate investment and management firm. Mrs. O’keefe has been involved in retail leasing for over 15 years with her responsibilities including properties in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast portions of the United States. Prior to joining Continental Realty, she was associated with CB Richard Ellis specializing in retail representation of shopping center owners. Mrs. O’keefe graduated from Dennison University with a BA in communications. She currently resides in Baltimore with her husband and three children.

Mr. Scavo is the Managing Partner/Broker for Digital Harbor Real Estate Development, which is located in Baltimore Maryland. In addition, he is a Principle/Broker for Agent Hero which is based out of Arlington, Virginia. Agent Hero’s mission is to connect home buyers and sellers with military veterans or their spouses who are professional real estate agents. Mr. Scavo’s 25 years of professional experience in commercial real estate includes handling acquisitions, sales, leasing, due diligent services, and real estate feasibility analysis.
