Management

Robert Lyons

President, CEO & Director

Robert Lyons is a co-founding partner of Consolidated Cleaners, Inc. beginning 2012 before the opening of the first store.  Robert has been an integral part of every aspect of the development of Tide Cleaners in the state of Florida and the development of the organizational platform which operates the enterprise today.   Robert is responsible for the development of new stores and for all store operations.  Prio to joining CCI he had acquired an extensive background in store operations, real estate development and outstanding customer service having served as Vice President of Business Development at SaniGLAZE International where he served to continue to expand brand awareness and corporate support for 104 franchisees, regional Project Manager for Crescent Resources, a real estate joint venture of Morgan Stanley and Duke Energy, in Florida and Georgia, Vail Resorts Development Company, and the Sea Island Company.  Robert has a Finance degree from the University of Georgia.

Robert is the President, CEO of Carolina Fresh Holdings, LLC. the Tide Cleaners franchisee in Charlotte, North Carolina where he is responsible for the development of new stores, acquisitions, and in-store operations.  Robert serves on the Board of Directors of both Consolidated Cleaners and Carolina Fresh Holdings, LLC.  Robert is Executive Vice President of Oxford Capital Partners, an investment advisory firm with a diverse portfolio of investments.

Robert previously served on the Board of Directors of the YMCA Flagler County, and Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of SW Florida.  Currently he is serving on the Franchise Advisory of Council for Tide Cleaners, having previously served two prior terms.  Robert resides in Naples, Florida with his wife and two children.

Jon Kassolis, Esq. LLM.

CFO & General Counsel

Jon Kassolis joined CCI in 2012 as its Chief Financial Officer and Legal Counsel.  He is involved in all aspects of the company’s operations with a principal focus on financial, legal, tax and human resources matters.  Jon joined the company prior to the opening of its first store in 2013 and has played an integral part in the development of the organizational platform.   Jon previously held positions with DLA Pipers, the Internal Revenue Service and RSM McGladrey where he practiced tax law.  Jon holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Dickinson College, a Juris Doctorate from Nova Law School, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Baltimore.  He is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and all federal jurisdictions.

Jon is CFO and General Counsel of Carolina Fresh Holdings, LLC the Tide Cleaners Franchise in Charlotte North Carolina.   Jon is President and CEO of SK Holdings Real Estate, LLC., a real estate development firm with income properties and land holdings currently in the State of Florida.  Jon serves as CFO of Three60 Holdings, LLC.  Jon serves on the Board of Directors of Carolina Fresh Holdings, LLC and Three60 Holdings, Inc. Jon is Executive Vice President of Oxford Capital Partners, an investment advisory firm with a diverse portfolio of Investments.

Jon has served on the Franchise Advisory Counsel for two terms, and currently is on the Brand Advisory Group for APFI, the Franchisor of Tide Cleaners, and Tide Laundromats in the United States.

Jon resides in Naples, Florida, with his wife and three children.

 

Mariel LiCausi

Finance

Mariel joined CCI in 2020 as Director of Accounting. Mariel was promoted to Vice President and Director of Finance in July 2023. In her role Mariel is responsible for all organizational finance as well as supervising accounting reporting and analysis, budget and forecast development, accounting procedures and other executive team initiatives.
In affiliated companies Mariel is Vice President and Director of Finance for Oxford Capital Partners, Carolina Fresh Holdings, LLC, and Three60 Holdings, Inc.

Prior to joining CCI, Mariel was in commercial lending and credit administration for 14 years, most recently as Senior Credit Analyst for Mutual of Omaha Bank where she served middle-market commercial, real estate and private Bank clientele. Prior to banking Mariel worked for Gulf Coast Commercial Corporation, a real estate holding company. Mariel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in finance from Florida International University, a Masters of Business Administration degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and is an Honors Graduate of the Florida School of Banking. Mariel resides in Naples, Florida with her husband and three children.

Kailee Huber

Accounting

Kailee joined CCI in 2023 as Director of Accounting. Kaliee joined the firm to continue to bolster the platform capabilities with a focus on managing financial activity, authorizing expenditures, preparing month-end and year-end financial reports, and the monitor and enhancement of accounting policies and procedures. In affiliated companies Kailee is the Director of Accounting for Oxford Capital Partners, Carolina Fresh Holdings, LLC, and Three60 Holdings, Inc.

Prior to joining CCI, Kailee worked as an Auditor with RSM US LLP for 5 years, most recently as a Supervisor where she specialized in the Private Club Industry. Kailee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Central Florida and a Masters of Accounting and Taxation degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. Kailee became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 2020. Kailee resides in Naples, Florida with her husband and child.

Amanda Fagan

Director of Operations

Amanda began her career while in high school as a part time guest services representative two months after the first Tide Cleaners store opened in Naples in 2013. While attending college Amanda continued to work for the firm and was promoted to Guest Services Manager of the North Naples store. As the company grew and Amanda’s potential was recognized she continued to take on more complex responsibilities.

Today in her role as Director of Operations, Amanda oversees all Consolidated Cleaners locations with a focus on front of the house operations. In this role she is involved in hiring, training, scheduling, promotions, and all aspects of the business.

Amanda reports directly to the President and CEO and interacts regularly with individual store managers to ensure consistent, efficient, operations, with a particular focus on maintaining Tide Cleaners’ high standards.

Karin Fernandez

Director of Production

In her role as Director of Production, Karin works very closely with the General Managers and Production Managers of individual stores with proven consistent leadership skills to assure that Carolina Fresh exceeds our customers expectations. Karin reports to the President and CEO of the company.

Born in Bolivia and raised in Argentina, Karin is bi-lingual. She immigrated to the United States at 19. She proudly became an America citizen in 2013 and lives with her family in Naples, Florida. Karin’s family includes a son, three daughters, and a grandson. Her oldest daughter serves as a United States Marine, having worked at Tide Cleaners store in Florida. Karin’s two youngest daughters currently work at Tide Cleaners while in high school.

Karin started with Consolidated Cleaners (affiliated company) for 10 years, having worked in all production positions and has participated in the creation of the policy and procedure programs utilized in all the Tide Cleaners store today.

Duke Kassolis

Director

Duke is a co-founding partner of Consolidated Cleaners, Inc. founded in 2012. Duke serves on the board of directors of the firm and has been an important guiding participant in the establishment and growth of CCI. Duke serves on the board of directors of SK Holdings Real Estate, LLC. and is the Co-Chairman and President of Oxford Capital Partners, an investment advisory firm with a diverse portfolio of investments.

Duke served as Executive Vice President, Asset Management and a member of the five-person Executive Committee for The Rouse Company (NYSE-RSE), one of the country’s largest and most successful REITs until its sale in November 2004. Duke headed the Asset Management Division and was responsible for all aspects of development, operations and leasing for over 50 million square feet of large-scale retail and 12 million square feet of office space located in 22 states held by the company. From 2005 to 2012 Duke and Al provided advisory services to a major landowner in South Florida. Duke along with his wife split time at their homes in Naples, Florida and Maryland.

Alton Scavo

Director

Alton Scavo is a co-founding partner of Consolidated Cleaners, Inc. founded in 2012. Al serves on the board of directors of the firm and has been an important guiding participant in the establishment and growth of CCI. Al serves on the board of directors of Carolina Fresh Holdings, LLC, SK Holdings Real Estate, LLC and is the Co-Chairman of the board of directors of Oxford Capital Partners, an investment advisory firm with a diverse portfolio of investments.

Al served as Executive Vice President, Development and a member of the five-person Executive Committee for the Rouse Company (NYSE_RSE) one the country’s largest and most successful REITs until its sale in November 2004. At the time of the sale, Al headed the Community Development Division with responsibility for the development, sales, and ongoing operations of land assets, which included large-scale master planned communities of Columbia and Fairwood in Maryland, Summerlin, in Las Vegas, Nevada, Bridgelands in Houston, Texas and Rouse’s interest in the Woodlands, in Houston, Texas. Al’s career includes the development of living and working environments for hundreds of thousands of people and includes arguably the most significant and successful portfolio of large-scale planned communities in America. From 2005 to 2012 Al and Duke Kassolis provided advisory services to a major landowner in South Florida.

Al is an emeritus Director of the Johns Hopkins University Medical Systems on which he served from 2000 to 2022. Al continues to serve on the board of trustees of the Johns Hopkins Medical Center of Howard County and the board of trustees of the Rouse Company Foundation. Al along with his wife split their time between homes in Maryland and Texas.

Ryan Scavo

Director

Ryan is the Managing Partner/Broker for Digital Harbor Real Estate Development, which is located in Baltimore Maryland. In addition, he is a Principle/Broker for Agent Hero which is based out of Arlington, Virginia.  Agent Hero’s mission is to connect home buyers and sellers with military veterans or their spouses who are professional real estate agents. Ryan’s 25 years of professional experience in commercial real estate includes handling acquisitions, sales, leasing, due diligent services, and real estate feasibility analysis.

Kristina O'Keefe

Director

Kristina is the Vice President/Director- Commercial Division for Continental Realty Corporation, a privately held company located in Baltimore, Maryland. Kristina leads the leasing and property management team responsible for eight million square feet of retail and mixed-use properties in ten States. Kristina joined Continental in 2009 after having held a leasing specialist position at CB Richard Ellis. In Kristina’s position she works as part of the senior management team of the company participating in the overall management, acquisition, and disposition of assets in the company’s portfolio. Kristina graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Kristina resides in Baltimore with her husband and three children.
