Management
Robert Lyons
President, CEO & Director
Robert Lyons is a co-founding partner of Consolidated Cleaners, Inc. (CCI), having joined the company in 2012, prior to the opening of its first store. Since its inception, Robert has played an integral role in every aspect of the development and growth of Tide Cleaners throughout Florida, as well as in building the organizational platform that supports the enterprise today. He oversees new store development and store operations across the organization.
Prior to joining CCI, Robert developed extensive experience in operations, real estate
development, business development and customer service. He served as Vice President of Business Development at SaniGLAZE International, where he helped expand brand awareness and corporate support for 104 franchisees. His previous experience also includes serving as Regional Project Manager for Crescent Resources, a real estate joint venture of Morgan Stanley and Duke Energy, with responsibilities across Florida and Georgia, as well as roles with Vail Resorts Development Company and The Sea Island Company.
Robert holds a degree in finance from the University of Georgia.
In addition to his leadership at Consolidated Cleaners, Robert serves as President and CEO of Carolina Fresh Holdings, LLC, the Tide Cleaners franchisee in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he oversees new store development, acquisitions and in-store operations. He serves on the Boards of Directors of both Consolidated Cleaners and Carolina Fresh Holdings and is also Executive Vice President of Oxford Capital Partners, an investment advisory firm with a diverse portfolio of investments.
Robert previously served on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Flagler County and as Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida. He currently serves on the Tide Cleaners Franchise Advisory Council, having previously completed two terms on the council.
Robert resides in Naples, Florida, with his wife and two children.
Jon Kassolis, Esq. LLM.
CFO & General Counsel
Jon Kassolis joined Consolidated Cleaners, Inc. (CCI) in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel, prior to the opening of the company’s first store in 2013. Since that time, he has played an integral role in the development of the organization and remains involved in all aspects of the company’s operations, with a primary focus on financial, legal, tax and human resources matters.
Prior to joining CCI, Jon held positions with DLA Piper, the Internal Revenue Service and RSM McGladrey, where his work focused on tax law. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Dickinson College, a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Baltimore. He is a member of the Maryland Bar and is admitted to practice in applicable federal jurisdictions.
In addition to his role with Consolidated Cleaners, Jon serves as CFO and General Counsel of Carolina Fresh Holdings, LLC, the Tide Cleaners franchisee in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is also President and CEO of SK Holdings Real Estate, LLC, a real estate development firm with income-producing properties and land holdings in Florida, and serves as CFO of Three60 Holdings, LLC.
Jon serves on the Boards of Directors of Carolina Fresh Holdings, LLC and Three60 Holdings, Inc. He is also Executive Vice President of Oxford Capital Partners, an investment advisory firm with a diverse portfolio of investments.
Jon previously served two terms on the Tide Cleaners Franchise Advisory Council and currently serves on the Brand Advisory Group for APFI, the franchisor of Tide Cleaners and Tide Laundromats in the United States.
Jon resides in Naples, Florida, with his wife and three children.
Mariel LiCausi
Vice President Finance
Mariel LiCausi joined Consolidated Cleaners, Inc. (CCI) in 2020 as Director of Accounting and was promoted to Vice President and Director of Finance in July 2023. In her current role, she is responsible for the organization’s financial operations, including accounting oversight, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, accounting procedures, and other strategic initiatives undertaken by the executive team.
In addition to her role with CCI, Mariel serves as Vice President and Director of Finance for Oxford Capital Partners, Carolina Fresh Holdings, LLC, and Three60 Holdings, Inc.
Prior to joining CCI, Mariel spent 14 years in commercial lending and credit administration, most recently serving as Senior Credit Analyst for Mutual of Omaha Bank, where she supported middle-market commercial, real estate, and private banking clients. Before entering the banking industry, she worked for Gulf Coast Commercial Corporation, a real estate holding company.
Mariel holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida International University and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University. She is also an honors graduate of the Florida School of Banking.
Mariel resides in Naples, Florida, with her husband and three children.
Kailee Huber
Director of Accounting
Kailee Huber joined Consolidated Cleaners, Inc. (CCI) in 2023 as Director of Accounting. In her role, she helps strengthen the company’s financial and accounting infrastructure, with responsibility for managing financial activity, authorizing expenditures, preparing month-end and year-end financial reports, and overseeing the continued development and enhancement of accounting policies and procedures.
In addition to her role with CCI, Kailee serves as Director of Accounting for Oxford Capital Partners, Carolina Fresh Holdings, LLC, and Three60 Holdings, Inc.
Prior to joining CCI, Kailee spent five years with RSM US LLP as an auditor, most recently serving as a Supervisor specializing in the private club industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Accounting and Taxation from Florida Gulf Coast University.
Kailee became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 2020.
Kailee resides in Naples, Florida, with her husband and two children.
Amanda Fagan
Regional Director of Operations
Florida
Amanda Fagan began her career with Consolidated Cleaners in 2013 while still in high school, joining the company as a part-time Guest Services Representative just two months after the first Tide Cleaners location opened in Naples. While attending college, Amanda continued to grow with the company and was promoted to Guest Services Manager of the North Naples location. As Consolidated Cleaners expanded, so did her responsibilities, and she continued to advance into increasingly complex operational leadership roles.
Today, as Regional Director of Operations for Florida, Amanda oversees Consolidated Cleaners locations across the state, with a primary focus on front-of-house operations. Her responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, promotions, operational performance, and maintaining consistent service standards across the organization.
Amanda works closely with the President and CEO and regularly partners with store managers to ensure efficient operations, strong team performance, and the consistent delivery of Tide Cleaners’ high standards of service.
Amanda resides in Bonita Springs, Florida, with her family.
Karin Fernandez
Director of Production
As Director of Production, Karin Fernandez works closely with General Managers and Production Managers across Consolidated Cleaners to ensure consistent production standards, operational excellence, and a high level of service for Tide Cleaners customers. Known for her strong leadership and extensive operational experience, Karin plays an important role in maintaining quality and consistency throughout the company’s production operations. She reports directly to the President and CEO.
Karin has been with Consolidated Cleaners for more than 10 years and has worked in virtually every production role within the organization. Her firsthand experience across production operations has given her a deep understanding of the business, and she has contributed to the development of many of the policies and procedures used throughout Tide Cleaners locations today.
Born in Bolivia and raised in Argentina, Karin is bilingual and immigrated to the United States at age 19. She proudly became a U.S. citizen in 2013 and resides in Naples, Florida, with her family.
Karin is the mother of four children—one son and three daughters—and is also a grandmother. Her oldest daughter previously worked at a Tide Cleaners location in Florida and currently serves in the United States Marine Corps. Her two youngest daughters have also worked with Tide Cleaners while attending high school.

Duke Kassolis
Director
Duke is a co-founding partner of Consolidated Cleaners, Inc. founded in 2012. Duke serves on the board of directors of the firm and has been an important guiding participant in the establishment and growth of CCI. Duke serves on the board of directors of SK Holdings Real Estate, LLC. and is the Co-Chairman and President of Oxford Capital Partners, an investment advisory firm with a diverse portfolio of investments.
Duke served as Executive Vice President, Asset Management and a member of the five-person Executive Committee for The Rouse Company (NYSE-RSE), one of the country’s largest and most successful REITs until its sale in November 2004. Duke headed the Asset Management Division and was responsible for all aspects of development, operations and leasing for over 50 million square feet of large-scale retail and 12 million square feet of office space located in 22 states held by the company. From 2005 to 2012 Duke and Al provided advisory services to a major landowner in South Florida. Duke along with his wife split time at their homes in Naples, Florida and Maryland.
Alton Scavo
Director
Alton Scavo is a co-founding partner of Consolidated Cleaners, Inc. founded in 2012. Al serves on the board of directors of the firm and has been an important guiding participant in the establishment and growth of CCI. Al serves on the board of directors of Carolina Fresh Holdings, LLC, SK Holdings Real Estate, LLC and is the Co-Chairman of the board of directors of Oxford Capital Partners, an investment advisory firm with a diverse portfolio of investments.
Al served as Executive Vice President, Development and a member of the five-person Executive Committee for the Rouse Company (NYSE_RSE) one the country’s largest and most successful REITs until its sale in November 2004. At the time of the sale, Al headed the Community Development Division with responsibility for the development, sales, and ongoing operations of land assets, which included large-scale master planned communities of Columbia and Fairwood in Maryland, Summerlin, in Las Vegas, Nevada, Bridgelands in Houston, Texas and Rouse’s interest in the Woodlands, in Houston, Texas. Al’s career includes the development of living and working environments for hundreds of thousands of people and includes arguably the most significant and successful portfolio of large-scale planned communities in America. From 2005 to 2012 Al and Duke Kassolis provided advisory services to a major landowner in South Florida.
Al is an emeritus Director of the Johns Hopkins University Medical Systems on which he served from 2000 to 2022. Al continues to serve on the board of trustees of the Johns Hopkins Medical Center of Howard County and the board of trustees of the Rouse Company Foundation. Al along with his wife split their time between homes in Maryland and Texas.
Ryan Scavo
Director
Ryan is the Managing Partner/Broker for Digital Harbor Real Estate Development, which is located in Baltimore Maryland. In addition, he is a Principle/Broker for Agent Hero which is based out of Arlington, Virginia. Agent Hero’s mission is to connect home buyers and sellers with military veterans or their spouses who are professional real estate agents. Ryan’s 25 years of professional experience in commercial real estate includes handling acquisitions, sales, leasing, due diligent services, and real estate feasibility analysis.
Kristina O'Keefe
Director
Kristina is the Vice President/Director- Commercial Division for Continental Realty Corporation, a privately held company located in Baltimore, Maryland. Kristina leads the leasing and property management team responsible for eight million square feet of retail and mixed-use properties in ten States. Kristina joined Continental in 2009 after having held a leasing specialist position at CB Richard Ellis. In Kristina’s position she works as part of the senior management team of the company participating in the overall management, acquisition, and disposition of assets in the company’s portfolio. Kristina graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Kristina resides in Baltimore with her husband and three children.
